Rich Text Mapping for

This is the Rich Text element that contains all content to be mapped into the template Div Block.

This is the wrapper element that contains other elements that you want to replace the contents of from the source Rich Text element.

This is the element that will have its contents replaced by the contents inside the Nth element with the TAG tag.

For example, if an element has the attribute ms-mapping-tag=”p-1”, then this element’s innerHTML will be replaced by the contents of the 1st <p> tag inside the Source Rich Text.

The element with this attribute doesn't need to have the same tag as the mapping tag.

The “-N” is optional, and can be omitted to pretend you wrote “-1”, so something like ms-mapping-tag=”img” is also valid.

Note: Mapping links to Buttons works pretty straightforward, but mapping to Link Blocks will replace everything placed inside. For example, if you have a clickable card wrapped inside a Link Block, you’ll need to set it up differently by making an overlay Link Block with text color set to transparent instead of using a wrapper.

Where to add this attribute?
Add to an element that is a child of the Template element.

This Template element will make a copy of itself every time an element with tag TAG is found in the Rich Text.

For example, if this element has the attribute ms-mapping-reapeatertag=”h2”, and the source Rich Text has five h2 elements, this element will duplicate itself five times, creating five total copies of itself.

If, there is an element with the mapping tag of h2 inside this element, its contents are also mapped corresponding to the contents of each h2 inside the source Rich Text.

The behavior of N is also slightly changed throughout the Template element: This is the element that will have its contents replaced by the contents inside the Nth element with the TAG tag, with the N count starting from each Repeater element.

The repeater tagitself cannot have -N.
